Wild sea bass wrapped in zucchini flowers

Zucchini flowers?

I only feed people top notch appetizers when I have company over. Like this sea bass. Or foie gras. Or the cheddar explosion Goldfish. No regular, loser Goldfish in my house.

Anyway, make this for people that like seafood. People who don’t like seafood? Maybe not them

Recipe courtesy of Gordon Ramsay’s Gordon Makes It Easy
Makes 20

9 oz. wild sea bass
20 zucchini flowers or strips of thinly shaved zucchini
olive oil
sea salt and pepper

For this recipe, I used thin strips of zucchini, as opposed to zucchini flowers. To be honest, I read that and was like “What? Where does one get that?” I assume you did the same or at least Googled it.

Anyway, trim the sea bass into 20 pieces. Wrap in zucchini strips. Season with oil, salt and pepper. Cook in a 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or at least until the fish is cooked through.

Serve.
