It’s almost summer, so it couldn’t hurt to check that diet. Though I suppose you could put some vodka in it.
No, no. I shouldn’t. Largely because this has yogurt and milk in it, and those don’t really go with vodka. This is a pretty basic smoothie, but could be the first of many. With a really badass Ninja, I can’t see why I wouldn’t make a bunch of these. And since I’m a little soggy in the midsection lately (or since birth), adding these kind of things to my diet might not be the worst thing in the world.
7 oz. raspberries
7 oz. blackberries
6 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cups milk
3-4 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
Directions? Put it all in a blender. Seriously. That’s it.
Of course, on thing I did was run it through a strainer to get rid of all of the berry seeds because once those things get your teeth, they’re there forever.
