Spicy clam dip

Last year, I discovered this dip at Obidiah’s down in Marmora, NJ. It was amazing, but it’s unrealistic to think I’m going to drive 90 minutes to get some of it. Unless I could buy it by the gallon. And by gallon, I mean 30 gallons.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
13 oz. minced clams, drained, reserving 3 tbsp. liquid
1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 shallot, minced
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. horseradish
Old Bay, JO or some really tasty crab seasoning

Mix all of the ingredients. Season.

Yeah, that’s it.

Serve.
