26 Food Swaps to Make You Healthier

Wait, I can keep drinking? Excuse me, but isn’t drinking what got me into this situation?

We’re staying healthy, and BuzzFeed has some crazy ways to keep you healthy this January, all by making changes to your diet. Some are simple, like exchanging your low-fat milk with Greek yogurt in your cereal (though I don’t think I’m super pumped about that consistency) or swapping in wraps for your sandwiches instead of bread.

Then there this one:

That’s right. For those of you drinking Miller Lite or even Michelob Ultra (which tastes like eggs and feet), BuzzFeed advises the following:

Savor and sip the superiority of one local, full-flavored high-gravity craft beer. It’ll quench and satisfy far greater than 2 ultralight pints. Be careful: Some specialty beers can have up to 10% alcohol — more than wine.

There’s also another that says you should drink mimosas in place of Bloody Mary’s. We do have about three bottle of champagne in the house, but I’m pretty sure Beth would cut my hands off if I attempted to take away her Bloody Mary’s.
