Today’s dish is Hawaiian-inspired, or more accurately, Plated-inspired. Because it was sent to our doorstep by the folks at Plated. I’ve never been much of a salmon person, which is someone who enjoys salmon and is absolutely not some sort of half-salmon, half-human hybrid.
