Next time you have a leftover turkey carcass, you’re going to want to make yourself a bowl of this.
This is a great Thai inspired soup. The picture shows some basic eggrolls served along the side which were great for soaking the broth. Or you could a child and drink the soup directly from the bowl. Go ahead. I’m not judging.
This recipe comes from the short-lived Bravo series, “Chef Academy,” hosted by Jean-Christophe Novelli, a French Michelin star chef who you can’t understand very well due to his accent. Fortunately, they printed the recipe online after the episode, so it was clear he said “shallot,” and not “mallet.”
